PURPOSE: An image display method and an apparatus thereof are provided to maximize usage efficiency of an image display device by displaying video data by one image display device. CONSTITUTION: In case three-dimensional glasses are connected, an image display device receives multiple video data(S6020). The device sets up frame rate about video data(S6030). The device multiplexes a plurality of the video data according to an assigned frame section(S6040). The device displays the multiplexed video data to the frame sequence(S6050). The device generates a control sequence(S6060). The device transmits the generated control sequence to a three-dimensional glass(S6070).
