PURPOSE: An oligonucleotide for detecting a polymorphism of EGFR exon 19 is provided to simply detect the polymorphism of high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide for detecting EGFR exon 10 polymorphism contains an oligonucleotide with 80% or more homology with a base with 9-80 bases containing 115-123th bases and an oligonucleotide which is treated with elongation suppression treatment at 3' end, contains 115-123th bases, and is hybridized under a stringent condition. The oligonucleotide contains a base labeled by fluorescent dye. The polymorphism of EGFR exon 19 is detected using one or more kinds of the oligonucleotides. A method for determining drug efficiency of an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor comprises: a step of detecting the polymorphism; and a step of determining the drug efficiency or resistance of the inhibitor.
