PURPOSE: An urban planning management system based on a work process defined by a user and a recording medium therefor are provided to efficiently manage business by personally defining a work process of a mega project like urban regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A management server(100) is connected with a user terminal(104) through a network. The management server provides a standard classification system and detailed work lists subordinated to each phase of the standard classification system to the user terminal. The management server receives one or more requests from the user terminal. The management server newly defines a work process for a selected business method.
