PURPOSE: A plate glass processing apparatus is provided to eliminate minute flaws generated on the surface of a plate glass in the clean of the plate glass. CONSTITUTION: A transfer unit(120) transfers a plate glass. A grinding unit(130) grinds the surface of the transferred plate glass using cerium mixture. A cleaning unit(140) cleans the plate glass. A rinsing unit(150) washes the cleaned plate glass. A drying unit(170) dries the cleaned plate glass. A storage tank(160) precipitates washing water used by the rinsing unit.
