PURPOSE: An N-way power amplifier is provided to easily perform designing and manufacturing processes by providing a power amplifier module based on a synthesizing circuit and distributing power in a serial combining structure. CONSTITUTION: A serial combining structure power divider(310) distributes high frequency signals inputted through a single divider input port to the N number of divider output ports through the N-2 number of distribution directional couplers and one Wilkinson distribution circuit. The N number of amplifiers(320-1-320-n) amplifies the N number of distribution signals which are outputted through the N number of divider output ports. A serial combining structure power combiner(330) combines the N number of amplified signals passing through the N number of amplifiers with a single synthesizer output port through the N-2 number of distribution directional couplers and one Wilkinson synthesizing circuit which are successively arranged on a single second transmission line. The N-2 number of distribution directional couplers is connected to the N-2 number of divider output ports which is adjacent to the divider input port among the N number of divider output ports. |
