<p>PURPOSE: Graphene on a substrate and a manufacturing method of the graphene on the substrate are provided to be directly grown on a substrate and improve the crystallinity of the graphene. CONSTITUTION: Graphene on a substrate includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and graphene. The second substrate is formed on the first substrate. The graphene is formed on the second substrate. The second substrate is made of a material with a composition represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is one or more selected from the first family, the second family, the transition metals, the lanthanides, the actinides, the thirteen family, and the fourteen family; Y is one or more selected from the fourteen family, the fifteen family, the sixteen family, and the seventeen family; a is 1 or 2; and b is the integer of 0 to 3.</p> |
