PURPOSE: A probe and a fuel rod oxide film thickness measuring device including the same are provided to effectively measure an oxide film of a fuel rod by simultaneously inspecting the sheath of an outermost fuel road and an inner fuel rod in a fuel rod assembly. CONSTITUTION: A probe(130) inspects the sheath an outermost fuel rod of a fuel rod assembly. The probe includes a transfer area(132), a transfer roller(133) and a transfer supporting area(134). An eddy current sensor(131) is mounted on the fuel rod transfer area. The transfer roller is located on the upper part of the fuel rod transfer area. The transfer supporting area is located on both sides of the fuel rod transfer area. |
