PURPOSE: An aliphatic polyester resin with aliphatic polyester resin composition is provided to while solving problems of existing physical properties, processability, reaction rate, etc of a biodegradable resin. CONSTITUTION: An aliphatic polyester resin is manufactured by aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or anhydride thereof, an aliphatic glycol, and an oxazoline compound in chemical formula 1, and carbodiimide in chemical formula 2, or a mixture thereof; and a step of conducting polycondensation by adding a poly-condensable reaction catalyst and stabilizer. In chemical formula 1, D is a C1-6 linear or branched alkylene group, n is 0-10, R1 and R2 is C4-20 alkyl group or C4-20 cycloalkyl group.
