PURPOSE: A device for preheating a submerged nozzle in continuous casting equipment is provided to minimize the loss of a heat source when preheating a submerged nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A device for preheating a submerged nozzle in continuous casting equipment comprises a preheating cover(12) and a heat transfer tube(16). The preheating cover is installed on the outer side of a submerged nozzle and covers the submerged nozzle to transfer tundish preheating flame discharged from a bottom vent of the submerged nozzle to the outer surface of the submerged nozzle. The heat transfer tube is made of a carbon material and installed inside the preheating cover to transfer heat to the outer surface of the submerged nozzle.
