摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A biomolecule containing technetium-99 M-labeled glycine oligomers for a physiologically active substance imaging probe is provided to prepare a molecular imaging agent. CONSTITUTION: A contrast composition for optical imaging contains technetium-99 M-labeled glycine monomers or oligomers. A method for preparing the monomers or oligomers comprises: a step of synthesizing a technetium-99 M tricarbonyl precursor; and a step of labeling the synthesized technetium-99M tricarbonyl precursor to glycine monomers or oligomers. The glycine oligomer is a glycine trimer or glycine pentamer. The glycine monomer or oligomer is additionally conjugated with a targeting peptide. The targeting peptide is RGD peptide(arginyl glycyl aspartic acid), neurotensin, somatostatin, antigiotensin, luteinizing hormone releasing hormone, insulin, oxytocin, neurokinin-1, vasoactive intestinal peptide, substance P, neuropeptide Y, endothelin A, endothelin B, bradykinin, interleukin-1, epidermal growth factor, cholecystokinin, galanin, melanocyte-stimulating hormones, lanreotide, octreotide, or arginine basopressin.</p>
