PURPOSE: An extractor for a flat tie is provided to reduce costs required for a construction process by enabling the reuse of used flat ties. CONSTITUTION: An extractor for a flat tie comprises a support(200), a chain gear(304), a chain(303), hooks(300,301), belt pulleys(500,501), a belt(502), a support roller, and a speed reduction motor(400). The support has a length corresponding to a flat tie(101). The chain gear is formed in the end of the support. The chain is rotated along the chain gear and pulls the flat tie. The hooks are connected to both ends of the chain to change the connection angle of the chain and the flat tie. The belt pulleys and the belt are connected to both ends of the chain and are rotated with the chain gear. The support roller sticks the chain to the chain gear to prevent the chain gear from idling. The speed reduction motor is rotated bidirectionally.
