<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic device which can be produced at a low cost, has high photovoltaic performance, and has a small load on the environment. <P>SOLUTION: A solid photovoltaic device comprises three inorganic solid materials which are a transparent n-type semiconductor compound 1, a transparent p-type semiconductor compound 3 and an absorber compound 2 arranged between the transparent n-type semiconductor compound and the transparent p-type semiconductor compound, and the absorber compound is the compound of antimony and tin comprising tin antimony sulfide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
