<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique which can associate attributes of screen components with event attributes without performing hard-coding. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring screen creation device 10 creates monitoring screen information for causing a monitoring screen display device 20 to display a monitoring screen. The monitoring screen creation device 10 comprises a screen component definition storage unit 11, an event definition storage unit 13, a specification unit 41, and an event mapping information processing unit 16. The specification unit 41 performs association specification for associating attributes of screen components with event attributes.
