<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dismantling processing method for a heat exchanger that can increases efficiency for cutting off heat transfer tubes. <P>SOLUTION: In a dismantlement processing method for a heat exchanger which comprises multiple heat transfer tubes, a tube plate where the end parts of the heat transfer tubes are inserted therein and fixed thereto, and multiple tube support plates by which the heat transfer tubes are supported, the heat transfer tubes are cut off in a state of the heat exchanger being laterally laid down. The dismantlement processing method therefor includes a heat transfer tube cutting step of cutting off the heat transfer tubes from the lowest in the falling direction such that laser heads irradiate with laser the heat transfer tubes which are supported either between the neighboring tube support plates or between the tube support plate and the tube plate. Also, the heat transfer tubes which have been cut off in the heat transfer tube cutting step fall in such a posture as one end of the heat transfer tubes becomes lower than the other end of the heat transfer tubes in the falling direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
