<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die apparatus capable of suitably improving efficiency in manufacturing by suppressing restrictions on forming an undercut part caused by product shape. <P>SOLUTION: In a die casting apparatus 10, a cavity C corresponding to a cast product is formed by combining a fixed die 11 with a movable die 12. The movable die 12 comprises a plurality of die components. At least one of the die components is a push-out sleeve 81 provided to be displaceable in a direction to intersect the push-out direction of the cast product by a product push-out mechanism to form an annular protrusion serving as the undercut part of the cast product. A guide part is provided for separating the push-out sleeve 81 from the annular protrusion by guiding the push-out sleeve 81 in the intersecting direction based on the push-out operation of the product push-out mechanism in a state of the cast product being pushed out into a predetermined push-out position by the product push-out mechanism from an initial position where the cast product is engaged with the movable die 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
