<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw suppressing the occurrence of twist in a traveling wire even when core displacement in the axial direction exists among a plurality of guide rollers, thereby reducing the breakage rate of the wire. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of guide rollers 24A-29A, 24B-29B which guide travel of a wire 21 are provided between processing rollers 23A, 23B and bobbins 22A, 22B. A guide groove of two pairs of guide rollers 27A, 27B and 29A, 29B positioned on both sides holding one pair of guide rollers 28A, 28B out of the plurality of guide rollers 27B-29B, 27A-29A that are disposed along a travel path of the wire 21, is formed into a first shape restricting the movement of the wire 21 in the width direction of the groove.
