PURPOSE: A portable terminal cradle is provided to enable a user to conveniently control the angle of a portable terminal cradle by controlling a first and a second supporting rod. CONSTITUTION: A holding groove(1c) is formed on an adhesion unit(1). The pin(1b) of a unit adhesion member(10) connects to a shaft groove(1a) of the unit adhesion member. A supporting unit(2) includes a first supporting rod(20), a second supporting rod(21), and a supporting board(22). The lower end of the first supporting rod is inserted into the holding groove. A clip unit(3) is combined with the second supporting rod. The clip unit includes a front cover(30) and a supporter cover(31).
