PURPOSE: A digital aerial photo exclusive image drawing management system is provided to precisely update a digital map by precisely performing ground photography. CONSTITUTION: A buoyancy tool(200) comprises a panel type installing body and a buoyant member(220) which is inserted into the panel type installing body. A photographing tool(300) comprises a fixing part, a bar type supporting part(320), a photographing part(330), and a transmitter. The bottom of the fixing part is opened. The diameter of the fixing part is same as the diameter of a plunger insertion recess. The fixing part comprises a fixing body insertion recess. The bar type supporting part is protruded to an upper direction and is installed on a fixing part. The photographing tool is rotatably installed on the supporting part and takes a photograph. The transmitter wirelessly outputs a recorded image. |
