A method for complex treatment of pubertal menorrhage using hemostatic therapy and herbal ingredients of homeopathic action. As a haemostatic agent tranexamic acid is used, 10-15 mg/kg every 6-8 hours in combination with Dismenorm herbal preparation 1-2 tablets 3 times a day for 3 months. |
