A system for on-line personnel search and hiring comprises computer carrier comprising at least one data base of vacancies of one or several employers with possibility of search therein, one data base of employers, one data base of candidate applications, one data base of candidates, employer information processing system comprising software to work with computer carrier, candidate information processing system, communication channel between employer and candidate for each application submitted. In addition it comprises at least one data base of employer applications for submission to candidates for the consideration of corresponding vacancy, devices for reception and coding audio/video information of employers and candidates respectively within the same graphic interface. |
