<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To play a music piece adequately by reading music data included in a music data file for each measure on the basis of repeating symbols. <P>SOLUTION: A musical sound generation control device comprises: a RAM 35 for storing, for each measure, a unit music data file storing a measure number for identifying the measure and music data of the measure, and a musical score element data file including the measure number and types of repeating symbols included in the measure; and a CPU 31 for referring to the musical score element data file to detect the repeating symbols for the unit music data file related to generation of a musical tone, and determining the music unit data file to be read next on the basis of the repeating symbols. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
