摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device which allows the thickness of a thin plate to be reduced while saving materials, significantly improves the contact area ratio of a functioning face in a tooth-shaped section of a fine-blanked part while ensuring an economic advantage, and further improves the size accuracy of the part. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes (a) a step of sandwiching a blank 7 at a position of the plane FSD between a sandwiching plate and an ejector so as to remain accessible for deformation work without sandwiching the tooth 2 of the blank 7 and (b) a step of swaging the tooth 2 by applying swaging force PSK adapted to a material of the blank 7 and a shape of the tooth such that by a swage head 18, the force is horizontally directed in the direction of the plane FSD to the central section of the tooth 2 and the tooth 2 is symmetrically thickened up to 30% of the initial thickness of the blank 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
