<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil terminal processing structure of a stator in an electric motor, and a coil terminal processing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A coil terminal processing structure has: a stator 1 that is housed in a case 2 of an electric motor, and in which a coil 10 is distributed and wound around a slot of a stator core and lacing processing by binding threads is performed to a coil end of this coil 10; and a coil end cover 3 that is overlapped with the stator 1 to cover the coil end, and on whose plate surface a lead wire groove 32 for press-fitting a lead wire 7 is provided. The lead wire 7 introduced in the case 2 of the electric motor is press-fitted to the lead wire groove 32 of the coil end cover 3, and thereby, the lead wire 7 is arranged to a predetermined position and connected with a coil end 10a of the stator 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
