PURPOSE: A fixed element strip is provided to arrange a receiving unit in outside of a strip core, thereby simply separating fixed elements from a strip with small power. CONSTITUTION: A fixed element strip comprises a plurality of maintenance sections(110). The maintenance sections temporarily maintain each maintenance section. The maintenance sections are connected and comprise a receiving unit receiving a shaft of the maintenance section. The receiving unit regulates a fixed direction in which the fixed element can be fixed to a base by being separated from the receiving unit. The strip comprises a successive strip core. The receiving unit is arranged in outside of the strip core.
