<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a sliced food group capable of uniformizing finishing of a plurality of food blocks while adjusting product weight. <P>SOLUTION: This method is a method for sequentially preparing sliced food groups of each prescribed number of sheets by simultaneously slicing a plurality of unfixed shape food blocks. In the method, weight of each of the sliced food groups which are simultaneously sliced is measured, the lightest sliced food group is determined in each sliced food group, slicing thickness is adjusted so that the sliced food group has set weight as for a food block of the lightest sliced food group, and slicing thickness is adjusted so that a ratio of the length of the remaining block to slicing thickness is made the same as to a food block of the sliced food group except the lightest sliced food group by specifying a ratio of the length of the remaining block to slicing thickness of the lightest sliced food group as a reference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
