<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which is not caught by a finger but can easily impart a moderately-wet soft tough feeling (a suede tone) to a resin molding. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic containing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, a polyurethane particle and urethane (meth)acrylate is prepared. The polyurethane particle is formed from cross-linked polyurethane and may have ≤1 MPa 10%-compressive strength and ≥50% deformation recovery rate, the weight ratio of (the urethane (meth)acrylate)/(the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) is 1/90 to 70/30, and the cosmetic is applied to a base material and the applied cosmetic is cured to form a decorative film.
