<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pick which enables a player to play a stringed instrument like a guitar while quickly switching between a style using five fingers and a style using the pick during performance. <P>SOLUTION: A player has an attachment part 2 mounted on the thumb of his or her hand to be used to strike strings and pivotally supports a body pick 1 by a grommet 10 of the attachment part 2. During performance, the player turns the body pick 1 with the grommet 10 being a support point as the center by the thumb and the index finger to quickly switch between the style using five fingers and the style using the body pick 1. The body pick 1 has a shape where two gently curved surfaces of a convex surface 4 and a concave surface 5 being along the shape of the thumb and in opposite directions and a torsion 6 in a counterclockwise direction are combined. When the player uses the body pick 1, the body pick is in close contact with the thumb and the index finger to be comfortable to mount and use and is maintained in a correct hold state without slipping or coming off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
