<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce overlap area of a mounting plate and a pump flange portion by preventing an increase in diameter of an opening of a fuel pump, the pump flange portion of a fuel pump and the mounting plate. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting plate 3 to be pressed in contact with a pump flange portion 22 is comprised of an annular plate body whose contour is larger than that of the pump flange portion 22, which overlaps an outer side face of the pump flange portion 22, and includes an opening 31. In a portion of an opening edge of the opening 31, a narrow portion 32 with a recessed portion 32A formed therein, is formed. A part where the recessed portion 32A is formed, has a maximum transverse length R of the opening 31. The maximum transverse length is set in such a manner that a power supply connector 23 and a fuel connector 24 can pass through only a gap having the maximum transverse length. Bolt insertion ports 33A-33E are disposed along a circumferential direction. The distance P1 between the bolt insertion ports 33A and 33E neighboring across the recessed portion 32A is set shorter than the distance P2 between neighboring bolt insertion ports with no recessed portion 32A interposed therebetween. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
