摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active array antenna device capable of making a power feeding loss from an antenna to a low-noise amplifier approach zero, and of reducing an internal noise of the low-noise amplifier to enhance the sensitivity of a reception system. <P>SOLUTION: An active array antenna device has: M reception filters 7 transmitting a predetermined band of reception signals received by M (M&ge;2) antenna elements; M low-noise amplifiers 8 amplifying the M reception signals from the M reception filters; M distributors 9 distributing the amplified signal into N (N&ge;2) distributed signal for each of the M amplified signals; N phase shifters 10 provided for each of the distributors, and shifting the phases of the N distributed signals; N attenuators 11 attenuating the N phase-shifted signals; N beam combining circuits 12 provided so as to correspond to the N attenuators, and adding attenuator outputs for the M distributors for each attenuator to perform beam combining; a heat-insulated container 6 for thermal insulation housing the low-noise amplifiers and the reception filters configured by a superconduction material; and cooling means 69 cooling the reception filters and the low-noise amplifiers to make the reception filters be in a superconduction state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
