<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy efficiency of an industrial furnace for heat-treating raw materials which operates with fuel gas and protective gas. <P>SOLUTION: A first combustor 3.1 is started in preference to a second combustor 3.2 for heating. When an output of the first combustor 3.1 falls below an output required to reach a temperature-required value of an industrial furnace 1, the second combustor 3.2 is switched on and activated, and when it reaches the temperature-required value thereof, the second combustor 3.2 is switched off and stops. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
