PURPOSE: A floating type fibrous filtration apparatus is provided to have a lower moving member which floats or sinks by supplying and releasing air without a mechanical unit. CONSTITUTION: A floating type fibrous filtration apparatus includes a filtration medium fixing upper plate(120), a fibrous filtration medium(110), a lower moving member(200), an air supplying unit(140), an air supplying pipe(130), and an air exhausting and water filling unit(150). The upper part of the filtration medium is fixed on the filtration medium fixing upper plate. The lower part of the fibrous filtration medium is fixed to the lower moving member. A buoyancy chamber(210) is formed in the lower moving member. A plurality of air spraying holes(221) is formed in the lower moving member. An air guiding path(220) is formed in the lower moving member. The air supplying pipe supplies air to the buoyancy chamber. The air exhaustion and water filling unit exhausts air from the buoyancy chamber and fills the buoyancy chamber with water. If the buoyancy chamber is filled with water, the lower moving member sinks to the bottom of the buoyancy chamber such that the fibrous filtration medium forms filtration pores. If the buoyancy chamber is filled with air, the lower moving member floats in the buoyancy chamber such that the fibrous filtration medium forms washing pores.
