<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve proper monitoring control in performing operation control which is relatively time-consuming such as start or stop by the control device of a plant. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation plant control device is configured to, on the basis of the operation information of a facility installed in a plant such as a power generation plant, create and record the information of a time from a reference point to the operation of the facility (or a time until a predetermined state is set) in the operation of the plant as a matrix table classified on the basis of operation conditions determined from the operation state of the plant, and to extract recording information under the same operation conditions as the current operation conditions from the matrix table in the operation of the plant, and to display a time from the reference point to the operation of the facility (or the time until the predetermined state is set) obtained from the extracted recording information in the matrix table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
