<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater of high usability by obtaining secular change of a water reforming component. <P>SOLUTION: The water heater includes water reforming means 33 for adding a function reforming component for hot water, a hot water supply path 26 for supplying hot water with the function reforming component added thereto, flow rate measurement means 52, and a control device 50. The control device 50 stores an integrated value of a flow rate in the hot water injection path 26.
