<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeation structure which enables water to reliably permeate a soil even if a soil property of an installation site is cohesive soil or the like and to provide a water collecting facility with the permeation structure and an installation method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: A permeation structure has a rainwater inlet section to be provided on a water collecting facility including a catch basin, a catchment trench, a catchment side ditch or a manhole and is buried in a soil in a manner that extends in a depth direction at an installation site. The permeation structure also has a tubular member buried in the soil at least up to a depth 1 m from a ground surface or deeper and a permeation section which is stored in the tubular member and buried in the soil deeper than the tubular member. The tubular member has no opening section on a wall surface thereof.
