<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rust-prevention method for an autoclaved lightweight concrete reinforcing steel bar by which a rust-preventive film is uniformly formed by a simple method using dip coating. <P>SOLUTION: The reinforcing steel bar 1 supported by and fixed to a support rod 3 of a fixed base 2 is dipped into rust-preventive liquid 4a which includes SBR aqueous emulsion, asphalt aqueous emulsion and carbonate powder of alkaline earth metal as a solid content and in which slaked lime for pH control and water for viscosity control are mixed. The reinforcing steel bar 1 pulled out of the rust-preventive liquid 4a is added with vibration by two vibration generators 5 which are provided for two sides opposite to each other of the fixed base 2 one by one. The carbonate powder of alkaline earth metal has 50% granular diameter ranging 10-50 μm and they are contained in an amount of 60-80 wt.% in the rust-preventive liquid 4a as solid content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
