<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool changer of a working machine which houses more tools and exerts no influence on smoothness and convenience in tool replacement. <P>SOLUTION: The tool changer of a working machine includes a track board, a tool board, and a plurality of clamp arms. The track board has a guide groove in the circumferential edge. A guide groove portion positioned in an upper portion of the track board is formed in a semi-circle shape, and a guide groove portion positioned in a lower portion of the track board is formed in a semi-ellipse shape. The tool board is positioned on one side of the track board, faces the guide groove, and rotates relative to the track board, having supporting arms provided radially and at equal intervals in the circumferential edge of the tool board. The clamp arms are each pivotally coupled with the supporting arm to clamp a tool, and a positioning spherical body to be received within the guide groove is provided in the clamp arm. When a supporting arm approaches the lower portion of the track board, the clamp arm coupled with the supporting arm swings outward, thereby creating a relative large spacing between the clamp arm and the neighboring clamp arm, so that, in installing a tool, interruption of and collision with clamp arms on both sides are prevented, the probability of tool changing error is decreased, and saves the time for exchanging the tool. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
