<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing LaAlO3 ceramics having excellent translucency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing LaAlO3 ceramics has a sintering step wherein after heating powder of LaAlO3 to the sintering temperature of 1,600°C to 1,800°C at a rate of temperature increase of 40°C/min or more, the powder is sintered by maintaining for 3 min to 45 min at the sintering temperature. The method for producing LaAlO3 ceramics has a sintering step wherein a sintered body is obtained by heating and sintering the powder of LaAlO3 at the sintering temperature of 1,600°C to 1,800°C, and an annealing step of annealing the sintered body at the temperature of 900°C to 1,300°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
