PURPOSE: A lacquered brassware and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain antibacterial effect, durability, heat insulation effect, and mineral generation effect of a brassware by lacquering the surface of the brassware in colors and attaching a decorative member to the brassware. CONSTITUTION: A lacquered brassware comprises a brassware(10), first to third lacquer layers(20,40,60), a color pattern layer(30), and a decorative layer(50). The brassware is formed with scratch or embossment on the surface thereof and an intaglio decorative member insertion portion in which a decorative member is inserted. The first lacquer layer is formed on the surface of the brassware. The color pattern layer is formed on the first lacquer layer according to the color of design. The second lacquer layer is formed on the colored pattern layer or the first lacquer layer according to the shape of the design. The decorative layer is formed on the second lacquer layer by inserting a decorative member into the decorative member insertion portion. The third lacquer layer is formed on the peripheral portion of the decorative layer.
