<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect a temperature of a thermoelectromotive temperature sensor even when there are variations in the thermoelectromotive temperature sensor, and set an exhaust fan operation according to the condition of cooking. <P>SOLUTION: A range hood fan includes a thermistor 6 for detecting a temperature around the hood, a thermoelectromotive temperature sensor 8 for measuring the temperature of the top plate of a heating cooker, and a temperature correction means 12 for correcting a detection temperature detected by the thermoelectromotive temperature sensor 8, with a correction coefficient. A range hood fan is installed in advance in a space having a uniform temperature. When the temperatures detected by an external first temperature detection means for detecting the temperature around the hood and a second temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the vicinity of the top plate of the heating cooker are the same, and when a temperature difference obtained by comparing the detection signal of the thermoelectromotive temperature sensor 8 with the detection signal of the thermistor 6 is larger than 0, the temperature correction means 12 calculates the correction coefficient on the basis of the temperature difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
