<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that has asymmetrical patterns and asymmetrical sipes so configured as to improve a feeling of ride and ensure dry-road and snowy-road performance to exert excellent performance in summer as well as winter. <P>SOLUTION: According to the pneumatic tire, in a center 30 sandwiched between circumferentially extending two major grooves 1 and 2, a center block array 31 striding across a circumference line at the center of a tire width direction and extending in a tire circumference direction and an inner mediate block array 32 located closer to the vehicle interior than the center block array and extending in the tire circumference direction are formed across circumferentially extending one sub-groove 3. Each of center blocks 31a to 31c making up the center block array is provided with a linear sipe a. The circumference/lateral ratio of the linear sipes (a) of the center blocks is ≥0.70 and ≤2.75.
