The pipe has two fluid-tight membranes for sealing ends of the pipe, where the pipe is completely filled with fluid prior to installation of one of the membranes, and after the installation of the other membrane using a syringe. Elements of a fluid system include end pieces e.g. quick connect ends or quick couplings ends, which are compatible with the ends of the pipe. One of the end pieces tears or pierces the membrane at one of the ends of the pipe. The fluid includes ceria based composition materials. The pipe is made of plastic, and the membranes are made of elastomer. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a pipe.
