PURPOSE: An enclosed type charnel house for preventing ashes from rotting is provided to prevent insects and humidity from flowing into receptacles by completely sealing the inner spaces of the receptacles. CONSTITUTION: An enclosed type charnel house for preventing ashes from rotting comprises leaf springs(7) and packings. The leaf springs are elastically installed on the front surfaces of the inner spaces of urn receptacles(3) formed in receptacle bodies and push the top edges of doors(4) of the receptacle bodies frontward. The packings are inserted into the front openings of the receptacle bodies and stick to the rear surfaces of the doors.
