COATED PAPER FOR PRINTING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for manufacturing coated paper which has excellent printed surface strength and less unevenness of ink impression even when the amount of adhesive contained in an outermost layer is small.

SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing coated paper for printing including the steps of: coating a coating layer of an innermost layer in contact with base paper by use of a film transfer roll coater; and coating the resultant layer with a coating liquid containing copolymer latex of 4 pts.wt. or less for pigment of 100 pts.wt. by use of a blade coater, to form a coating layer of an outermost layer having an amount of 5 to 13 g/m2per single surface.
