PURPOSE: To enable test of an optional arbitrary antibody, and to avoid problems of false positive reaction by incorporating an immunologically same antigen into a different living thing. CONSTITUTION: A solid phase where a first recombination peptide for giving an antigenic arrangement where an antibody can be bound is immobilized is brought into contact with a test sample. Also, the above antigenic arrangement is given and a labeled second recombination peptide is brought into contact with the solid phase. Then, it is determined whether the test sample contains the above antibody or not. In the immunoassay consisting of the above process, the second recombination antigen is developed in a living thing whose genus differs from a living thing where the first recombination antigen is developed. Specifically, one of the recombination peptides is developed in prokaryote living thing and the other is developed in a eukaryote living thing, thus avoiding problems of false positive reaction and examining an arbitrary antibody. |
