摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field measurement device for measuring the magnetic field of a plurality of arranged cells, wherein the variation in the sensitivity of the magnetic field of cells is reduced by reducing the number of light sources of pump light. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic field measurement device includes: a pump light irradiation section for irradiating a cell on one end with pump light so that the pump light can pass through the plurality of the cells arranged in one direction in a cell array in which the cells containing a plurality of atoms excited by the pump light are arranged; a probe light irradiation unit for irradiating each cell with probe light; a detection unit for detecting the probe light emitted to each cell; and a temperature control unit for controlling the temperature of each cell in accordance with a control value. The device performs: first processing in which the temperature of each cell is adjusted so that a result of detection of each cell detected in the detection unit when a predetermined magnetic field is applied to the cell array may become a reference value, and the control value, as the reference value, indicating the temperature of each cell is stored per cell in a storage unit; and second processing, instead of the first processing, in which a control value in the storage unit is inputted in the temperature control unit and a result of detection of the detection unit is outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
