摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a method of manufacturing a jacket material of a conventional laminate type battery, a lubricant is possible to enter the inside of the battery if a laminate type battery is made from a jacket material manufactured by a raising process because the raising process is performed while the lubricant is being supplied. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a jacket material of a laminate type battery relating to the present invention, employs, as a raw material, an austenitic stainless steel foil 32 in which a thermoplastic resin layer 30 is provided on one surface of a front surface and rear surface while a lubrication membrane 31 is provided on the other surface. The stainless steel foil 32 is arranged so that the surface, on which the thermoplastic resin layer 30 is provided, faces a punch 42. The stainless steel foil 32 is applied with a raising process with no use of a lubricant under the condition where the temperature of an annular region 32a of the stainless steel foil 32, to which a shoulder part 42c of the punch 42 contacts, is set to be 20&deg;C or lower while the temperature of an external region 32b of the annular region 32a is set to be 40&deg;C to 100&deg;C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
