OPERATOR SAFETY TESTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operator safety testing apparatus capable of performing safety test of an operator who solely performs an operation at an indoor working place by image processing.

SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises: a monitoring camera 1 for taking an image; an image processing unit 2 for determining as being abnormal when a state in which an object moving and entering on the image stays still more than a predetermined time period is detected by applying image processing to the image taken by the monitoring camera 1 using differential calculation or correlation calculation; and a result displaying unit 3 for displaying result determined in the image processing unit 2.
