The invention relates to an apparatus for receiving material (10) which can be wound up, comprising a cylindrical basic body (12) and at least one side periphery (14), wherein the apparatus is produced from a sheet material of a thickness < 2 mm, the cylindrical basic body (12) is structured and the at least one side periphery (14) is configured as a fold. A method for producing the apparatus for receiving material (10) which can be wound up as well as methods for using the same are also proposed. |
