<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and stably manufacture a polycarbonate resin excellent in thermostability, hue and mechanical strength with less foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: The polycarbonate is manufactured by supplying a polycarbonate resin, which is obtained by using a dihydroxy compound having -CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-O- group and a diester carbonate as raw material dihydroxy compounds and polycondensing them by transesterification reaction, to an extruder in which at least one set temperature of the constituent barrel is 100°C or higher and lower than 250°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
