<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution method or the like, in which multicast/unicast communication is not controlled by a distribution server but controlled by a base station according to the communication state of a wireless network between the base station and a wireless terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A base station can distribute data for multicast and data for unicast mixedly to a wireless terminal. A distribution server generates multiple band candidate data, obtained by encoding the data to be distributed to the wireless terminal by means of different encoders, for each base station and/or wireless environment type. Subsequently, the distribution server distributes multiple band candidate data, corresponding to the base station and/or the wireless environment type, entirely to the base station. The base station distributes any one band candidate data, selected from the multiple band candidate data received from the distribution server according to the band used for communication with the wireless terminal, to the wireless terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
